La Kick boxing<\/strong> \u00e8 nata in Giappone intorno agli anni sessanta sulla scia del karate contact e prendendo esempio dal Sanda cinese e dal Muay Thai<\/strong> thailandese, entrambe discipline che eseguivano tecniche sia di calcio che di pugno.
